hey guys, my nodes have Intel PRO/1000 MT adapters which work
fine, but 2 of them have (Intel PRO/1000) GT adapters (but the
nodes are otherwise identical). these 2 nodes however don't
network boot. there is an initial startup of fetching an ip
etc so some communication happens but they die very quickly
with:

read_local_cfg
Checking for floppy diskette

end_request: I/O error, dev 02:00 (floppy), sector 0
cramfs: wrong magic

FAT: unable to read boot sector
No floppy diskette in drive

no DHCPOFFERS received
No working leases in persistent databases - sleeping

I couldn't configure the network interface using DHCP

killing off running processes



(this would've been much easier if i'd brought my camera in)

any ideas? this's fedora core 3 and oscar 4.1
