Based on what i understand from Jean's email, what you say does not address 
Jean's concerns. I think this is more a criticism about the way OSCAR is 
setup and the way we report issues to users. And i tend to agree with that. 
It is also very difficult to know the current status of OSCAR (is something 
missing? broken?). For what i understand of Jean's email, this is the points 
he does not like. Jean can you confirm/clarify?

BTW, i spend time on the configuration issues (working on the new GUI) and i 
think i have now some usefull stuff.
