A few questions:
1. Is this with RH 7.2, or MDK 8.2? (I seem to recall that you guys
switched back to RH 7.2, but want to be sure) I'm also assuming that
this is OSCAR 1.3, correct?
2. Run a PBS job manually with the "qsub -I" command (you should get a
shell prompt on one of your nodes). At the shell prompt, run "echo
$PATH". What path do you get? (you may need to run this step as a
normal user, not root)
3. On the head node and on the shell from "qsub -I", do:
rpm -q modules env-switcher lam-module
What output do you get in both of these situations?

Hypethetically, not including ganglia in the install should not cause
these problems, but it may depend on what you did to exclude ganglia from
the install.
