Sorry I took so long to answer...  :-\

The answers in your other mail look good.  From above, this appears to be
an MPICH-specific problem (i.e., it's not MPICH's problem, per se, but it
is the module/switcher setup related to MPICH).

This looks like some %post's did not fire when installing the RPM's.
Hmm.

Did the mpich-oscar-module RPM get installed properly?  Can you see if it
is installed?
