Hello Everyone I am trying to set-up a 16 Node cluster using OCSAR v2.3 on RedHat Linux 9.0 Operating system. I downloaded and installed OSCAR v2.3 on Red Hatlinux 9.0 server. I followed the instructions and setup 16 client nodes. I had installed OSCAR with LAM/MPI as default, and then changed to Mpich. the change to mpich seems successful as i checked the master nodes and the client nodes wiht the command "which mpicc" and all of them showed /opt/mpich-1.2.5.10-ch_p4-gcc/bin/mpirun. after I did this, I ran the test_cluster and got the following results: [EMAIL PROTECTED] testing]# ./test_cluster Performing root tests... PBS node check [PASSED] PBS service check:pbs_server [PASSED] Maui service check:maui [PASSED] /home mounts 15 nodes failed [FAILED]
Preparing user tests... cp: cannot stat `/opt/oscar/packages/ganglia/testing/*': No such file or directory Performing user tests... SSH ping test [PASSED] SSH server->node [EMAIL PROTECTED]'s password: before the conversion to mpich, i had the following test_cluster results: PBS node check [PASSED] PBS Service check: pbs_server [PASSED] Maui service check:maui [PASSED] /home mounts Preparing user tests.... cp: cannot stat '/opt/oscar/packages/ganglia/testing/*': no such file or directory Performing user tests...
