No official version of OSCAR supports MDK 9.2.  OSCAR 3.0 does support
RedHat 8.0 and 9, and Mandrake 9.0.  Sherbrooke University did
distribute a CD with a version of Mandrake 9.2 and a version of OSCAR
that supported it, but I don't know if that is still available anywhere.
