This appears to be Benoit's Fedora patch.

Looking at the patch (packages/sis/fedora.patch/Image.pm.patch), hunk3
is significant, and cause the distro not to be recognized, which is a
likely explanation of why Step4 didn't get a valid rpmlist.

I don't know why the hunk would fail in the first place; if it was
already applied, then the failure shouldn't have caused any problems, so
that explanation is unlikely.
