Hi Mark:

You should not need to install Perl-Qt manually, OSCAR will install it
if necessary.  The correct file to install is:

oscar/packages/perl-Qt/RPMS/perl-Qt-3.006-5.i386.rpm

I suspect it will just work if you uninstall the RPM you installed and
install the one I mentioned.
