Hey Mark:
I'll list the general steps to install OSCAR on FC2, so you can tell me
if you did anything out of the ordinary:
1) Install FC2 - choose workstation install
2) Copy all RPMs from all *4* CDs to /tftpboot/rpm
3) Download tarball
4) Extract, ./configure && make install
5) Run ./install_cluster ethX and follow steps from GUI
Can you list any extra OPD packages you might have downloaded & selected
for installation?
You might also want to attach the Image.pm.rej file.
The bug I filed only happens if you run the start_over script -
basically it happens if you try to re-patch an already patched file.
Also, do you have some special network settings, this message seems a
bit odd:
--> Getting internal IP address
Cannot update hosts without a valid ip.
main::update_hosts('undef') called at ./install_server line 152
Cheers,
Bernard
