I searched all CDs ( I have 4 installation cds, 3 source code cds, one documentation cd, and one extras cd) but I couldn't find it.

What is the exact rpm file name? Is it laus**.rpm? If so, I can't find it.

I think you should be using the redhat-3asU2 rpmlist.  However, it is saying that it can't find the laus RPM.  can you check to see if it's in /tftpboot/rpm?  If not, try to locate it in your CDs and copy it to /tftpboot/rpm?

I type 'cat /etc/redhat-release', then "Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 3 (Taroon)" is printed.
