That can depend a bit on your hardware, but generally it is an option
in the BIOS under something like "boot order".  Sometimes the network
card names are not very obvious.

If you are having trouble getting the MAC addresses via a network boot
you can just put them in a text file (one per line) and load that file
into OSCAR by hand (there is a button on the Network setup window,
something like "Load MAC from file").  The MAC address is often
written on a sticker on the network card itself and often you can find
it in the BIOS.

If the cards are very old, they may not have the option to network
boot and the BIOS will probably not support it.  You could also try
making a boot floppy with etherboot, especially if the cards are very
old and don't support PXE.
