Hi,
We have been using a newly installed Oscar Cluster and want to add new users
to the system.
I used "/opt/sync_files/bin/sync_files --force" to propagate new users added
in the headnode to the other nodes.
My problem is whenever I am trying to login to othernodes using the new
account, the login is successful but it is showing me an error message
saying that there is no home directory for that user.
Is there any other scripts that I should be using or if I am missing any
parameters.
Once logged into the headnode, I also wanted to be able to ssh to other
nodes without having to reenter the password. I think the OPIUM package
should have been able to do this. I was wondering if this was also related
to the first problem of user account synchronization.
Any Suggestions.!!
