Actually you cannot turn it off, this is part of core. Be sure i will try to address the problem as soon as possible since it is also creating issue for the management of the clusters i am using. Also keep in mind that it may take a while (several days) before it gets stable, this is why i say that it will most certainly not be available for oscar-6.0.4.
