The manual states on page 22:

$ ptxdist platform configs/platform-friendlyarm-mini2440/platformconfig-NAND-64M

This file differs from the one you select.

Sure. The file you select is a run-time config file for the bootlader
Barebox. ;-)

The toolchain still needs the PTXdist-2011.03.x, but the Mini2440-BSP depends
on PTXdist-2011.10.x.
