Completly agree, haXe must be shown in festivals and conferences and let people know the reasons to change to this platform. Talk with linux distribution providers to integrate it with existin distribution. Develop the IDE, etc...is a lot of work to do, but is necesary in order to get mass adoption.

Hi Nicolas,

as long as you have full control over your projects, you can choose
whatever you want.
But in my experience as freelancer, the customers have certain
expecatations about the plattform you choose. In the past, most of my
work has been Flash, ActionScript 2, Java and PHP. These days Flash
gets replaced more and more by Flex and ActionScript 3.
Actually i can't remember a single project, where i would have been
able to convince my customer of haxe or something similar. Even if it
was the greatest thing of the world. Maybe that's the strategy to
follow. We/you need to convince potential customers first to create a
market for guys like me :)
