i agree with chris in most points; one solution for as2/as3 (and even haxe)
would be great and could give the osflash-community a new impulse...

a general osflash-foundation might be a solution and i'm definitely willing
to invest some bucks/time; but as already stated the money won't do the
trick alone:
the most important question is whether there are some genius able and
willing to continue the work of the asdt-team...?

btw: OSFDT sounds great but OSDT would be simpler... *g*
