Well this is the kind of knowledge I am talking about! Cuz I have *no*
idea. I havent looked into eclipse at all.

If defining the API/ interface means nothing more than *identifying*
it, that would be great. The idea is just to avoid the project
becoming "build an IDE" and becoming "build a as2/as3/haXe parser. I
think defining the scope and parameters of the project is the critical
catalyst here.
