I dont think there is any need to be so defensive. There is nothing wrong with adobe creating such a website for their line of products. OSFlash doesnt "own" the concept of open source flash related products. More importantly it certainly doesnt own open source for the whole family of adobe products.
Its funny. To me open source is about being **OPEN**. From some of this discussion you would think OSFlash was a profit making company competing with other open source companies where, instead I think the real idea is foster the idea of open source in whatever way is possible. Oh, and who cares what Mike Chambers knew or didnt know. It doesnt make this any better or worse. And the fact that someone in a big company didnt know what another person was doing hardly qualifies as err... funny. Its pretty normal. I think, so far, there is nothing bad about their new site, and potentially there lots of good could come of it.
