AUGHHH!!!.... : )

dude... ES4 Does NOT exist... it's just a pipe dream... it's a  
proposal... it is not real until we can use it! Until then it's as  
useless as fried chicken on a Vegan's plate. What we are talking  
about and what Nicolas has done is real... it exists and can be used.  
I'm not going to use a particular technology based on what I think  
might happen in a proposal to a specification that is not yet  
implemented!! We want real things now... not proposal bits that may  
or may not make it into AS4 ( Assuming there is going to be an AS4 ).
