Well, I'm not "fighting" Windows, nor Mac OSX (nor want to - I like
diversity). I'm rather supporting Linux and other FOSS OSs. The cost-issue
is also important. We already pay a good amount of money for hardware, and
having a good-quality open OS that supports industry-standard apps
(commercial or not) is a very attractive idea.
