Hi Bob,
attached are fixes to allow out-of-source builds of vpb the way osg now
requires.
I've been doing out-of-source builds of VPB since the beginning...
(since it was switched to use CMake) Was there a problem I wasn't aware
of? Can you elaborate on what the problem was?
Perhaps this was a problem only on Linux/Unix-based (MacOS) and not on
Windows?
