Hi Bob,
iirc, you always install, so nothing changes for you. but if you have an
out-of-source osg build, and you want to do use it with an out-of-source
build of vpb, these changes now allow that.
Ah ok, so it's not the "out-of-source"ness that broke it, it's not doing
an install. Got it.
