Thanks this change is another step forward, I no longer get the GLSL
errors, but still do get an error:

   Warning: detected OpenGL error 'invalid operation' after RenderBin::draw(,)

This may be down to my use of a ATI card, and it's drivers...
however, as your change is an improvement it's now checked in.

Another future change that I've made to this example is to rename it
to osgshadercompositer, I've done this as this groups it with the
other shader examples and also conveys a bit better what role it has.
