Hi Robert,

Here a patch to provide glVertexAttribLPointer and glVertexAttribIPointer
in OSG.

I add in Geometry an enum

        enum AttributeType
        {
            FLOAT,
            INTEGER,
            DOUBLE
        };

and a variable to ArrayData "osg::Geometry::ArrayData::AttributeType type"
to specify which kind of data we want to give to OpenGL.
default value if FLOAT
