Hi Rui, I've reviewed your changes to GL2Extensions and feel that GL_VERSION_3_1 code block should be kept locally here. The changes for the GL_EXT_texture_integer extension are already provided by the Texture header so are not required. The GL_ARB_half_float_pixel looks to be something that would sit happily alongside the texture_integer defines so I've put this in the Texture header. With these changes I'm happy to check in to svn/trunk and have just done so :-)
I will now merge Mathias's changes to the dds plugin get these checked in then merge your changes to the dds plugin to hopefully get things building under Windows. Once I've done this I'll ping this thread for a request for testing. On the topic of the computer shader submission, I haven't looked at this yet but will do soon. I'm currently trying to get through a few submissions, in a bit of adhoc ordering - based on ease of merging/how critical the feature is to get merged.
