Hi Laurens, I have now implemented an osg::DepthRangeIndexed which wraps up.... drum roll.... glDepthRangeIndexed :-)
I decided to not subclass from osg::Depth as there are extra settings beyond glDepthRange which I felt weren't appropriate to bundle in. Truth is osg::Depth wraps up a few many separate gl settings, if I wrote it now I'd keep it finer grained with better GL -> OSG mapping. Changes now checked in. Again a review would be useful.
