Hi Kim,

I've just tested the below osgmemorytest line and it runs OK, but was
slower my system down at around 800 textures created, so I stopped it
going further.  I have a Gefore 8800GTS 640Mb  card + Kubuntu 8.10.

What OS are you using?

What happens when you try smaller texture dimensions?
