I'm afraid there is no substitute for investing time in learning about
optimization of graphics applications, it's a big topic, one that you
have to consider every component of the computer and how the software
interacts with it.

There are many many things you can to do turn an scene from one that
renders at 15fps to one that renders at a solid 60Hz.  I know nothing
about your app or scene graph composition, and others on this list
will be just as clueless, if you want help from the community you will
need to explain a about your app and your data.

You should also consider getting yourself on a course that teaches
graphics application development/optimization, or bringing external
consultants if you don't have the expertise in house yet.
