If your models are relatively simple, you can do it using Blender or 3DS Max. Both can import some limited subset of VRML and export into different formats.

You could also install VirtualBox + Ubuntu + OSG + VRML plugin and then do the conversion straight to .osg. Or just keep a Linux box around for conversion.
