Thanks Art -- The eol-style property tells svn what line endings to use
on text files, so that, for example, on Windows, the text files have DOS
line endings, and on *nix they have *nix line endings. Some text editors
are smart enough to handle both line endings, but on Windows in
particular, the default editor for text files, notepad.exe, can only
handle native line endings.
