Ok, well, I keep getting the same errors from maven or cmake and I really don't understand what is wrong.
No matter what I do, the JAVA_INCLUDE_PATH and JAVA_INCLUDE_PATH2 are not recognized as being set but they are. I have included my output from maven and I really do not understand it. Why do you think the java include paths are not being recognized but I have set them and they are correct. The Java home variable has been set correctly, too. And I am using your latest CMakeLists.txt file, as well.
