I would also agree with Jason's suggest that PNY are mainly trying to
selling you an upgrade you don't need. For the same price a consumer
card will get you far more bang for your buck, and for many apps you
don't need to extra bits that the Quadro doesn't disable on the GPU
such as anti-aliased lines.
The real problem you have is the crappy CPU, and unless you swap it
out you'll have to play with less intensive threading models.
