Thank you for your suggestions, I'll have a look at osgPPU example... I already have some HDR images but, since I have no experience with HDRI, I'd like to know what possibilities I have in order to use them for lighting...for example I'd like to know about the 'high level' steps one has to follow either if using shaders or if using the fixed pipeline and also if results are comparable in both cases...
Regarding the plugins, I imagine that some of them can load HDR images but how can I specify that I want to use them for lighting? Honestly, I thought that I MUST use shaders or at least create a 'ad hoc' lighting engine in order to use HDRI for lighting, am I wrong? Thanks. Kind regards.
