Hi Sukender,

Sorry about the long time. I didn't get your reply at my mail so I never saw it 
until now. I tried your suggestions but still couldn't "unscramble" the model. 
I never had a change to try this FBX format though. I'll do it as soon as I can 
and keep you posted.
