Hi, Neil. iglicd32.dll is intel opengl driver dll, and apparently they are not so good at writing opengl drivers atm, i've had some problems with intel cards and it's ends up being driver bugs from time to time. If ossimplanet use compressed textures try to enable them in graphics options in driver. Other than that your best bet is to update drivers and hope it'll work.
