Indeed. i have been working on OSG for just about 3 weeks now. im still getting a hang of it. And as far as OpenFlight is concerned, i got the specs only through the support of this forum members. Well, in my application/project, i would want to know the gradients at places, ie how the terrain slope is varying. To do this, won't we need a heightmap? from which we can calculate the varying gradient?
