I'm afraid that chart drawing is far from basic :), and out of scope for
OSG.

You should look for a charting library, even it seems that there are not
many for C++ (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_charting_software)

You can also try to use a general purpose 2D library for drawing the
chart into a texture, or use OSG's StatsVisitor for inspiration (note
that in osgviewer a simple chart is shown when you press "s" twice).
