    OSGWARES 1.0 Beta Release  notes

1.OSG is a very powerful scenegraph tool,scenegraph is very important for
simulations,but developers are not all of 3d graphics expert,and customers
only care about how longthey can get the results which they
required,customers not care about the lower layer and technical details,so
need a tool which can let 3d simulator developers only several keyboard
clicks then immediately get a full featured osg based simulator,no need to
learn and know anything not needed.
2.You can check out the osg user mailing list archives,and can find the
increament of osg users fast in some stage,but after that stage the osg
user numbers increased very slowly,the reason is described ,"Every osg user
must be a 3d graphics and scenegraph expert first,then have possibility to
develop something,this road is very very long,and only few novice can
arrive the destination!"
3.OSGWARES is a very efficient OSG based machine,her is fully optimized for
the CPU,can run OSG in Opengl and D3D mode(this mode can avoid many early
opengl driver bugs in windows system,because some users are not know how to
install the newest graphics drviers),only required Intel integrated 3D
Graphis such as HDXXXXX series,and some novice is not know C++
programming,but they want to develop a customed simulator,OSGWARES is
suitable for novice and expert osg users,OSGWARES users no need to know C++
programming,because her only need some very simple lua and javascript
instructions then can work,and users no need to learn lua and
javascript,because they can copy and paste the fuction codes already
prepared in the OSGWARES examples.

OSGWARES 1.0 has following features:
1.Users no need to know what is OSG,no need to know C++ programming,Lua
programming and Javascripts,also no need to know how to install 3D graphic
card's drivers,they only know how to click keyboard and use mouse, and
paste,copy functions,that is all.
2.OSG Expert and advanced users can use OSGWARES SDK to write about 100
lines(most situations) osg codes,thenget a bunch of functions they need,and
novice can then use these new functions,more OSGWARES instructions users
can get more functions.
3.Fully based OSG,so support all Opengl and D3D 9.0 features,users can
directly write D3D original codes in OSG programming.
