Thanks Nick. I was awake from 4am on Friday through to 11pm on the Saturday evening, and only get a few hours sleep for the 5 days before. I guess adrenalin kept me going, surprising how little sleep when you are psyched up for a big event. Pretty sleep and sore today though. Will have an afternoon nap me thinks... I will take it easy work wise this week so I don't end up over-stressing my body further.
