If you want to use both you just need to place the two different versions of the OSG in distinct places and set up you lib and binary paths to only pick up on the one you are currently interested in, i.e. when you using Delta3D make sure the 1.0 libs are only found, but when you are doing 1.1. work switch the paths arcross.
