Thanks. The copy of openscenegraph that I am using doesn't seem to have
a cameramanipulator header file I can hack on, and I don't see one on
the website. Anybody know where to find one?

Just roll your own camera manipulator, the ones provide in osgGA don't
attempt to solve all camera manipulator usage styles.
