Hi Zach and Robert,

The flashing you see may be related to ours, which happens consistently
when two OSG apps run simultaneously while hardware anti-aliasing is
2x or higher on our nVidia cards (7800 gtx and others). The higher settings seem to flicker a little worse and there is no problem with antialiasing off.

What I do is bring up one app full-screen and the other in windowed mode
on top of it. The flicker dissapears while either app is minimized but
returns when the windows are restored.

Anyway, you may try disabling your hardware anti-aliasing to see if that
helps. I've only tried this with OSG 1.0, and I note that CEGUI is used
in these apps as well.

Regards,
Brian

Hi Zach,

The screen shouldn't flash at all, so I'm rather surprised than it got
worse between 1.0 and 1.2.. Could you explain the flashing, and
provide a few more details on the types of OS/graphics hard/drivers
you are using?

Robert.

Upon upgrading from OSG 1.0 to OSG 1.2, I noticed the screen flashes a bunch of times before rendering starts. It used to only flash once or twice. Now it is flashing around 5 times. Anybody else witnessing this or know what
has changed? I would guess it is something in Producer.
