Hi Zach and Brian,

Could this problem simply be the NVidia driver implementing swap
buffers in a flaky way?

I haven't seen any problems like this under Linux, but if you can give
me bit more info on the hardware/software set up of windows then I
could have a bash at recreating it at me end.

Robert.

Hi Zach and Robert,

The flashing you see may be related to ours, which happens consistently
when two OSG apps run simultaneously while hardware anti-aliasing is
2x or higher on our nVidia cards (7800 gtx and others). The higher
settings
seem to flicker a little worse and there is no problem with antialiasing
off.

What I do is bring up one app full-screen and the other in windowed mode
on top of it. The flicker dissapears while either app is minimized but
returns when the windows are restored.

Anyway, you may try disabling your hardware anti-aliasing to see if that
helps. I've only tried this with OSG 1.0, and I note that CEGUI is used
in these apps as well.

Regards,
Brian
