Starting to test on Windows, I run into a problem early on, compiling
OpenThreads (Release DLL nd Debug DLL builds give this error, but static builds
don't):
1>LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'kernel32.libuser32.lib'
It's obvious that there's a space missing between the library names, but I can't
find the setting where they're included in the project settings.
Will continue to test on Windows as soon as someone chimes in on how to fix
