always there, i think, daniel.  and kind of like spiritual practice, or any
practice for that matter.  we do the practice every day or whatever, and
some days we just rock.  some days we sit on the cushion or run or sing or
whatever and we end up riding some kind of rocket to peak performance.
 then we come back the next day and it's nowhere to be made or found.  but
we sit or whatever anyway.  if we keep doing the practice, the results show
up over time.  people make suggestions and offerings like this all the
time, in lots of small ways, and some just catch fire.  planned and
unplanned, intentional and accidental, official and spontaneous.  it can
come from anyone, but only takes off if a sufficient slice of everyone
recognizes it.  doesn't come from anywhere.  always everywhere, often
unseen or unspoken.  practice invites it, allows for it, but nothing can
*make* it happen.  i think.
