Just had the same problem start on my Lenovo Tab 2 A 10-70F. Can reproduce it by hitting the "Info" icon to the left the last item in the list of waypoints that comes up when you hit the arrow at the bottom left of the screen. Tab is always oriented landscape, no physical movements. SafeMode is set (needed to display map at high zoom).
Loop does not seem to end and I cannot interrupt it. Cycles between an empty desktop, the OsmAnd screen, and the notifications list. The clock from the notifications list keep incrementing. The cycle is not smooth; the speed varies. It survives the power saving screen = off; it will re-light the screen by itself after about 30-40 seconds and display the loop until the power saving screen = off occurs.
