Tried changing the data storage folder to app storage. Said yes to copy maps.
Reboot the app and no maps or settings. Looks like when you first installed the app for the first time. No data. Fortunately, when I changed it back to shared memory, it found all my maps, settings, tiles and GPX tracks. Seems like another defect to me. I expect that the changes in 5.1 that precipitated the original problem would continue in all future versions of Android.
