It sounds like BRouter might come closest to what you're looking for. It has a web version (full screen) and a couple of auto modes--and uses OpenStreetMap, which puts it in alignment with OsmAnd. I haven't used it, but @Poutnik has posted about it extensively here.
A question about the GPX you attached. When you created it on Basecamp, did it follow the roads on the map? What I got was a set of straight lines that seem to go from shaping point to point.
