It is pretty easy to calculate the OSMAND maps locally, see here https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OsmAndMapCreator The 200 MB from https://osm-internal.download.geofabrik.de/australia-oceania.html should be convertedin a reasonable time.
