No and Yes! As far as I know OSMAND is NOT working with Android Auto per se, Google Maps and Waze are as far as I know the only 2 navigation apps working directly. But, there is a tool AA-Mirror ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/android-auto/android-auto-general/mirror-screen-android-auto-disucssion-t3734180) which allows to run ALL apps in Android Auto, it requires a rooted phone, the installation is a little tricky, at it might not run your phone.
